This house was made for entertaining. The kitchen is very large and sunny- a table that easily sits 8 and you can have multiple chefs cooking up a storm without tripping over each other. The Business:
You must make between $9,000 - $26,000 a year to qualify and have a verification from employer or tax returns to indicate that. Rent is $600/mo plus half of expenses (gas, electric, cable/internet) and you couldn't find a better location: 10 min walk from metro and rockville town center, and right next to 270. It's quite a deal and far enough outside DC to be quiet while still very accessible to the city. You'll get your own bedroom (w/ spacious closet and 2 windows) and share a full bathroom, kitchen, linen closet, dining and living space. The kitchen has gas cooking and a full complement of modern appliances, there's also a full size washer and dryer. The property also has a 24 hour fitness center and business center services.
The Personal:
Someone open-minded a must (the woman is a webcam model and works from home generally during the day so you must be okay with that). We're obviously a married couple so if you're in the dating game we're understanding.
