I'm under Lindale, which is North West Tyler. We are like 3 miles South from I-20. It is a trailer and is about 1,000 sq. ft. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The room we are looking to rent out is about 85 sq. ft (unfurnished--kind of, we have a dresser, table and lamp you can use). It has its own closet and window. We would all share a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. And I guess if you want to get technical a driveway :P but there is plenty of room for everyone and their dog to park there. The kitchen is decent sized, we don't generally cook "meals". The living room is decent sized too. We have a couch, coffee, table, tv, computer, you know, normal living room things. We also have a washer and dryer so no need for laundromat trips. We have a junk room, that is seriously like if you have extra crap that you don't want making your room all stuffy you just put it in there. The bathroom is... well a bathroom. Also, do have pets, cats and a dog--German Shepherd who is super duper friendly. We do no have cable, it sucks, yes I know. Mainly because it's expensive. Money wise; rent will always be $290. And we split the electric bill. Our electric bill has always been around $70-90. Rent is always due the first, and electricity is I think comes around the 5th-10th. We don't care what age, race, sex, sexual-orientation, religion or anything you are. We just ask that you are nice and pay bills on time. We are young white females, we love to laugh and have fun. We like pop, rock, and alternative music. We live a modern life-style. We aren't super strict or anything but please don't bring drugs into the house. We do smoke cigarettes. I'm a nerdy girl looking for a roommate who likes to enjoy themselves responsibly. Late night LAN parties with my boyfriend and our nerds are likely, so are barbecues on the balcony and a few drinks. I want to clarify that I smoke hookah, and sometimes cigars - not cigarettes. This means I'it is not a daily thing.
