I have a house in downtown Fredericksburg... It is a town home. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat so you must be animal friendly. Also, I am looking for someone who can aid me in walking the dogs for rent reduction. I am not a neat freak but I am not a slob. I am hoping to get some young females, maybe students in the house... This is a drug free house but drinking is ok. The house will be shared amongst us all, I have all pots pans plates, things like that... Shoot me an email and we can talk more about it...
