we are a friendly couple that simply doesn't need all the space we have. we are the type to stay up late, and sleep in. Never smoke, no drugs, drink occasionally, and spend 95 percent of our time downstairs watching movies or on the internet.
We are an aspiring photographer and aspiring make up artist, planning to move to California in the next year or two. Our only reason for seeking a roommate is for friendship over the next year or so and to make a little extra money before moving west.
kitchen and bathroom are shared. You will have personal use of not just the bedroom, but also a room you can store things and a good sized computer desk area. you will have access to high speed internet, and depending on flexibility in rent, possibly basic cable also. Hit us up!
