Current housemates are: professional, male, white, non-smokers, pretty neat & clean, easy going, working in computer/IT fields. House has lots of shared space. Open floor plan in bright, very large, 3-level house (6 bedrooms-2 on each floor, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, sunroom, dining room, living room, family room, hobby room, utility room, 2 fireplaces, skylights, 2 decks, patio, and yard) with common areas furnished. House is 1 block from metrobus (12 minutes to Ballson stop on the Orange Line), walk to downtown McLean; easy access to 495, 66, GWPkwy, and Tysons. RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES AND SERVICES {house cleaning every other week, electricity, gas, water, trash pick-up, High Speed Internet, Local Phone service. Duration of lease is negotiable. Your space is at least partially furnished. No drugs, no smoking, no pets, no kids...I think that covers the big no's. Compatibility is key to keeping things upbeat for everyone.
