Looking for 1 Roommate for my house in Norcross!
Rent: $700 per month
I’m looking for 1 roommate. I live in Norcross, very close to I-85 ready for move in now. The house is a short distance from Atlanta. I have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, den, and guest bedroom are all furnished. I have the furniture to furnish 3 bedrooms. The kitchen, den, and family room are very large. There is also an elliptical. Some pets are welcome. The backyard is fenced in. There is a $200 pet deposit, but the pets must be housebroken. There is wireless internet and the capability to have TV in each bedroom. I’m very friendly and easygoing. I like an occasional drink and a laugh. I have a busy work schedule. I work 8:30 – 5:00 in Atlanta and have a second job that occasionally requires me to be gone overnight. Hope to chat soon!
