There is a private entrance available. I am a retired single man living a laid back life and I want to keep it that way, Not looking for a party animal and would like to continue with my quiet little life here. Some maturity, integrity, and responsibility will be required. I'm easy to get along with and will not be in your business and will expect the same. There is no land line phone service active here as I only use a cell. I do have Comcast xfinity cable and wireless high speed internet service. The room can be rented as furnished or unfurnished, price remains the same.There are no pets allowed.
