I have a room, should be availabe by August 1, for rent in my home to a reliable, reponsible, clean, honest person. The home is neat and clean, the room is furnished, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, den, dining, kitchen, laundry, fenced back yard, parking, utilities included. There is one other roommate as well, with a tiny dog.
I am a professional, and enjoy a drama free lifestyle. I want my roomie to feel at home here.
I do own dogs, English Bulldog, and a Boston Terrier (they are outside mostly), but they do like to stay in the laundry room, which has an access door for them to go outside freely. I am easy to get along with, and would like someone laid back and easy going for a roommate.
Oh, and I am a smoker, and seldom drink, socially occasionally.
