Looking for one more roommate 22-36 years of age to fill the 2nd or 3rd bedroom. You'd be sharing a bathroom if we were to get another roommate. About me - I'm single and pictured in the listing. I have a decent job and commute 55 mi one way to work. I'm looking for a weeknight pad by work to make my life easier but would be home Friday afternoon thru Monday morning once I find that place to stay. I am outgoing and like to hang out. The neighbors are all really cool as the subdivision is new and full of outgoing people. For the right price, I'd give up the master bedroom/bath combo. Easy driving distance to Univ of Aurora or Wabounsee Comm College. My home is about 5 minutes from the Catepillar plant. (Highway 30 & Dickson). Timewise, It takes about 10 mins to get to 88. Yorkville is 6 mins. away. I graduated from NIU in 06 and bought the house to share with my friends from college. They all had job changes and now I'm struggling with the bill. I could keep going on and on about the house or myself but I'll wait to see if you are interrested first.
