Hello, I'm a college student (sophomore) here in Austin, TX and I'm looking for a roommate to share my current 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1120 sq. ft. apartment. I'm looking for a girl around my age, no older than 22, and preferably a student. The unit has fake wood floors everywhere except the two bedrooms and is downstairs, so there's no need to climb any stairs, which is always nice. The ceilings are 9ft tall and there's large windows in all the rooms and plenty of light so the space feels very open and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open. The two bedrooms do not share a wall, so there's also lots of privacy. There's also awesome views specifically from this unit! The apartment complex has a great pool, hot tub, workout facility, outdoor jogging trail and a tanning room. There are also lots of other amenities like valet trash service which is very convenient. My current roommate is graduating this semester and since I love this apartment and want to stay here, I'm looking for a roommate. I'm very clean and neat and fun. I'm not a heavy partier but I do enjoy going out with friends! I pick up after myself and get along very well with others! This year's lease will be up at the end of August so the unit will be available around August 20th (or once my current roommate moves out, which might be before). I have uploaded pictures of the common area of the apartment and of the bedroom (and bathroom + walk-in closet) that is for rent, which is technically the master bedroom.
