We need a roommate ASAP at the NICEST apt comp

Rent: $760 per month

We're frantically looking for a person to rent out a room in our apartment at The Triangle for the summer. These apartments are very spacious, nicer, and a better overall deal compared to most of the apartments that you will find in the UT Austin area (SUPER close to downtown). There is a UT shuttle and a CAPMETRO bus that takes you straight into the downtown area right outside of the apartment. The apartment complex that we live in is KNOWN in Austin because of it's awesome amenities and beautiful apartments--this is our 2nd year living in the apartment. In our apartment complex we have a dog park, Kick Butt coffee, The Flying Saucer, How to Roll, T-Mobile, Yoga, Spas, pools, free parking and free wifi-- just to name a few. The Triangle was voted 2011 Property of the Year. My roommate and I are 2 female UT students (one advertising and the other speech pathology-- both 21 and extremely chill people) and our 3rd roommate is moving at the end of April. We love the music scene (ACL annually and volunteer for SXSW), love to spend the night on the town for drinks or stay in. [Open minded, fun, friendly people] Our apartment is ready to move in-- Sofas, Dining area, XBOX, Kinect, Hookah Pipe, new appliances etc. Rent is $2,210 / 3 people = ~ $736 per person, but I pay $20 extra every month because I have the master. Total for rent is $730 for you, $730 for Samantha (the other roommate) and $750 for me. Let me know if any of this sounds appealing or you just want some more info. :)
