The Bedroom is Modern & BRIGHT Bedroom in a Modern Home & it rents for $899 BO a Month. Rental includes Hi-Speed Internet & Laundry. Heat & AC are included, with separate thermostat, & tasteful modern sconces with wonderful dimmers, on both sides of sleep sofa. {We are considering putting a small fridge in the Room, if 4 longer Term Rental.} Seeking one to occupy this Lovely Bright Western Bedroom, with 2 Western Windows on the 2'nd floor of a well kept Home, with a View of Street with Trees, in a Private Sun-splashed Home, in a lovely Residential Neighborhood. We seek an Individual who is relatively quiet or conversational when meets the needs of all. This is a Lovely Bright Western Bedroom on the 2nd Floor of a Private Home, with a Youthfully Humored, Observant, Professional. These rooms were modernized a few years back; & Central AC, LOW-VOC paints, New Tiled Bath with Beach Theme Murals & Decor+much more were added then. The New Bath-room, is Aquarium Themed Bathroom with new Tile & Cape Cod -like Murals. It may be shred with one other person who would be of similar nature, renting the smaller bedroom across the Hall on the Same 2nd floor suite. We SEEK Non-Smoking VEGAN Renters, who are Responsible, Clean, Committed to their path, & Fun to have around, as well. The lovely fun-themed Bath is in between the 2 Bedrooms, on the 2'nd Floor, basically away from Life in Main Home. If desired, parts of Downstairs Areas could be shared at times, if all enjoy this &' it is left neat as a pin.' This is the smaller of the two rooms, yet has LOTS of storage in an Owner Designed Huge closet, in which there IS a 5 Drawer Oak Bureau. It is on the 2'nd floor of a Two Family Home. (New Occupant might also use the Larger Bedroom's Desk, with some limited storage space & a small 3/4 new fridge just installed there, if the other Agreed & had room.) A Vegetarian may ALSO be apropos here, though we are Severely Allergic to Dairy. {The Larger Room is available NOW; yet has a somewhat higher Rent (about $1015/BO). If Boarder wanted to lower their/her Rent s/he could do so by taking on some weekly shopping for the Owner...that is entirely an option. We are in the Devotion School District if that helps anyone know what a terrific & desirable neighborhood this is. BATHROOM has been decorated much like an aquarium. It is beach-like, & has hand done murals. It would be used primarily by the Boarder, & shared with a Guest Bedroom only several times a year. The Bathroom is updated, has a Rain-head Shower Head, & a self-lowing Toilet Seat, if one but gives it a gentle push downward. Surrounding the stainless steel sink are Granite Counters. PLEASE REPLY! Also have excellent references, are encouraged to ask for additional photos. No overnight guests are allowed, except with explicit agreement by Owner. Owner is a private while also social & friendly person, with high scruples, & needs a clean, & meticulously neat person to reside here. Looking for a good natured, stable, responsible & fun person with high scruples, who can live happily with & around our own Allergies in our Private Home. Longer or Shorter Term Rentals are Possible, depending on Mutuality of Needs.
