Looking to Rent Room August 1st
Rent: $700 per month
The room is fully furnished with a TV, cable, wire-less internet and new bed. There is a dresser and desk in the room as well. The room is painted a light blue with white sheers and a marble colored floor heater available if needed for the winter. The apt is 1-2 minutes from Orient Heights station (really close walk), very close to downtown Boston. Parking available must have a parking permit. This is a great location, very easy to get to and from, safe/family oriented neighborhood and inexpensive. Local laundromat, convenient store...also close to the beach. We are looking for a very responsible student can be international ...this is always fun, I appreciate culture. They must be respectful and considerate of everyone in the apt. No drugs, no outrageous drinking, no late night sleepovers....no weirdness...just be normal.

The roommate may use anything in the kitchen just clean up after yourself...your dishes, garbage etc. We love to cook watch movies and have fun...happy people are welcomed. We really have a happy home...love happy roommies only :)
