The rent includes an every two week house cleaning by a cleaning service. The all inclusive monthly charge for the above is $595 for the room available in September (11' x 11' 3.35 m x 3.35 m). One month’s security deposit required. Tenancy at will with one month’s notice by the beginning of a month by either party to terminate the tenancy.
