Hi, My names is James. I'm getting divorced and my wife has moved out and I can't keep my house on my own so I'm looking for 1 or 2 nice people to live with. I've had roommates/borders in the past and I'm easy to get along with. Ideally I'm not looking to add pets to the house, but it is negotiable.
I have two rooms available in Phillipsburg, NJ of different sizes. One room is 600/m and the other is 700/m. The rent includes free DirecTV, high speed wi-fi internet, laundry in the house, use of the kitchen and hanging out in common areas. Everything included except food, but I am open to sharing groceries and preparing meals together. I'm a very good cook and baker.
I have 2 dogs, both housebroken I hope that isn't a problem?
