*Note* House is located near Hackettstown, Warren County, NJ. Hello, our names are Gavin and Marissa. We are the young couple that own this home and we are seeking roommates. We have a 16X8 ft. room for $500/month and a larger 16X16ft. for $600/month- single occupancy rate. Rooms are available either unfurnished or furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand). We always start with month to month leases, but would be happy to arrange a longer contract if you would prefer. The costs at move-in are rent and one months deposit. Utilities are included (Cable TV, wireless internet, garbage service, electric.). We run a quiet and clean household. The house is centrally located to Hackettstown, Newton, and Blairstown, and is only eight minutes from I-80, exit 19.
