The house features a mini Sportz Lounge that showcases a mahogany custom built 9ft pool table, 50inch sports television, indoor grill and a mini bar to entertain your friends and/or relatives. The patio has custom built furniture and gas grill... The patio is definitely a social haven for our Wingz Night... cooking up some of the best wings or roasting oysters, light the tiki's candles and this is the ideal place to relax and chill with friends. The Carolina Pad concept was creates a hassle free environment. Starting off with a flat rent option that includes ALL bills and utilities... no matter who moves in or out the rate never changes for the duration of your lease. If you thought that was cool, the house features a program call "No Worry" Supplies... this program purchases all the common house supplies, paper goods, cleaning agents and more. You will never hear someone say we're out of TP. The roommates plan weekend trips, club nights and even happy hour evenings. Most people enter as roommates and leave as friends!
