The community has 110 townhomes condos , single family homes, and the community has a swimming pool nearby. I have a 1,200 sq. ft. 2-story townhome middle unit with 2-bedrooms. The spare room that I have for rent is upstairs. It has its own bed(if needed), private bathroom. The rental price of my spare room does include utilities, washer & dryer; additionally, I have wireless Internet service and basic cable that is also included. If you have a job, reliable transportation and looking to share a place, then contact me for a tour. No Smokers & no pets. I am quiet by nature and very clean- expect the same.
