Sublease at the Flats! (1st month $300)

Rent: $600 per month

We need renters to take over our leases this summer! We are pretty flexible with time to move in if you are the right person. Renter will receive there own room and bathroom. Renter will have cable access to the 42" flat screen in the living room. The entire apartment is completely furnished with desk, dresser, full size bed, and more! Our apartment has the largest bedrooms on site and absolutely no neighbors because it is the manager's suite. It includes washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances. The lease is per bedroom. There is community access to pool, 24hr gym, basketball court, clubhouse, pool table, Foosball, and business center. We were the first tenants so the place is still in great shape and very clean.
