Private Room with bath in House

Rent: $400 per month

I will have a room in my house available for rent. The previous tenant of 4 years moved out in January. It is a private room with walk-in closet and private bathroom in the back part of my house. It is located about 7 minutes from UTC/Downtown (by car) It is 5.3 miles away from UTC Campus. 12 minutes from Hamilton Mall. I moved out about 6 months ago and am living just down the street from my house. So I will not be staying overnight there. You will basically have the house to yourself. I am in the process of cleaning out some junk and making repairs so will be over there a few hours each weekend and maybe an hour during the week. Since I will be updating the house I do not want groups of people staying over. I will respect your privacy and expect the same for my home. All utilities are included in the $400 month rent which should be paid the first week of each month. There is a washer/dryer available, microwave, fridge, and privacy fenced in back yard. I am looking for an agreement of 6 months then swap over to a month to month agreement. I will also consider offers to rent the whole house for $900 (couples welcome).
