I'm a 23 yr old female student who just moved to Chicago and looking for two preferably female roommate to share my large apartment with :)
The $450 is monthly and it includes rent, utilities, and the wi-fi internet bill. I have 2 SPACIOUS rooms and the apartment is only blocks away from the Orange Line and 55 and 90/94! It's a very nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking and it's only 2 blocks away from Dominick's and other shopping needs! No permit parking either! Laundry room on site, HUGE living room, and a backyard!
No pets and no smoking either :)
It's $450 a mos, plus a one time payment of $450 for the security deposit.
