Prefer female roommate but will look at all applicants. I have a single home and will travel and also visit family often and looking for a roommate with a nice personality, and trustworthy who i can trust to leave with my house when im gone. Pets okay. Basicaly the use of the whole house including kitchen, basement, washer and dryer, deck and backyard, etc. A relaxed atmosphere and very good neighborhood and location, right near highways I-71 and I-480, and 10 minutes from downtown. There is no lease Rent will be month to month.
