Rent: $450 per month

We have a large house and wish to rent a room or two to a reliable and responsible person. Room can be furnished or unfurnished based on your preference. First Room is a large bedroom with a hallway bathroom and will be used only by you, unless there are house guests. We do use the linen closet in the hallway bathroom but other than that we never use it or go in. Second Room is a large master suite with walk-in closets. Price on this room will be $550. Additional $50 for second person living in room. (This is to cover additional utilities.) We are a couple and both military. Our work hours are varied, so we are looking for a respectful room mate who understands odd sleep hours. We will also respect your sleep hours. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and housewares, just clean up after yourself. There will be room for your food or we can do a community food bank, that can be something discussed later. We are not party people. We do enjoy the occasional company, but we do wish notice if there will be late night guests in the house. (Strangers are not to be left in the house alone.) We also have Netflix and Hulu linked to the tv and do not mind you use the tv. We have a secure wireless network that you will be granted access to when you move in. If you have any question, please ask. We are also open to a little negotiation on the price.
