Room for rent in big 4 bedroom house

Rent: $550 per month

My boyfriend and I have a 4 bedroom home and are looking for a male or female roomate. You'll have your own private bathroom and bedroom on the second floor. The house is fully furnished with a big open kitchen. Fireplace in the living room with a big flat screen tv. All utilities are included, and there is a washer and dryer in our laundry room. We have two dogs that are both super friendly, ones a pitbull mix and ones a little chiuahua. I'm 24 and a server he's 27 and a drill sargeant in the army so we like to keep the nights early. When we have time though we do like to drink occasionaly and have our friends over and watch some college football. We're really fun, nice and outgoing.
