Looking for Couple to rent out second bedroom

Hi,
My name is Kat Cooney and boyfriend's name is Ryan. We are looking for another couple (around our ages: 21 & 22) to rent out our second bedroom and bathroom. We have a two bedroom/ two bathroom 1031 sq.ft. apartment to share close to 635 and 75. Rent would be $400 and we would split the cable, internet, and electricity. You can bring pets and not have to pay a pet deposit but they must get along with other dogs (we have a 6 month old black lab puppy that is as friendly as can be). Yall will get a free assigned covered parking spot, private bedroom, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet and have access to two fitness centers, four pools, two hot tubs, and two movie rooms. Our apartment over looks the 5.5 acre park that has water falls, reflection ponds, and walking/jogging trails. I work at the apartment leasing office and will run a criminal background.
