Single male (teacher) looking for female housemate. You should be comfortable sharing house with a male. College student would be great, but you must have some source of income to pay rent, and be willing to have a background check. Preference is younger student or professional, and trustworthy. 'Open-minded' in terms of sharing house (rooms are in very close proximity), gfs over for either of us are ok. You would have your own room, bathroom immediately across hall. Use of living room, fireplace, kitchen, and hot tub, washer/dryer. Room has futon in it. Getting a dresser for you would be easy.
Very convenient to the North Dallas Tollway - just minutes from it.
