My house kepper moved away and I want to replace her to keep my home clean. She spent just 4 hours a week and kept it clean. The house is a single family residence with 3 bedrooms ,including your's upstairs, and a single shared bath. Clean kitchen counter and double SS sink, mop kitchen and bath floors weekly. Run vacuum in living room, bedroom and hall. Dust 2 tables. Clean tub,shower and bathroom sink weekly.
You would have your own studio on the top floor . There is a HDTV, DSL INTERNET, large couch, lounge chair, 2 desks, complete access to full kitchen, washer and dryer, off street parking. This is a safe ,secure ,clean,dry,cozy, home that is called Sanctuary.
I am the other resident and have passed FBI and DEA background checks. As a respectable member of the community I will respect your privacy. I am offering this room that is not used by me but is well furnished as a guest room . If you do not want to do the housekeepeing the rent is 400.per month.
