Renting rooms in my brick ranch in Pontiac, where I raised my three children. VEGETARIAN. Non-smoker, non-drinker and never a drug user. I have lived here for 20 years and have good neighbors. The house has wood and ceramic floors. There are a washer and dryer in the premises and exercise equipment as well. I am a professional (former school teacher, college professor and translator at Chrysler) who work from home. I have housed a single mother with two little ones, a family of five and a few male/female professional singles from a psychologist to three intern doctors. All stayed anywhere from five months to a couple of years. I have a dog ( you must know in case you are allergic). I have my own bathroom in the basement, so the one upstairs is for the housemates. See included pictures of the inside and outside of the house. I charge $350.00 with utilities included and the same amount for deposit. References are required.
