Newly remodeled house with space available
Rent: $500 per month
I owned my house for almost 2 years and it is about 90% completely remodeled and updated with new furniture, appliances, carpet, hardwood, laundry etc. I have a full time job 7-5 Mon-Fri and some Saturdays. I have a dog who is just over 1y/o so he is still a bit energetic and playing but is 100% friendly. Pets are ok except I prefer no cats since some of my family are mildly allergic. My backyard isn't completely fenced in but I have a wireless pet fence that you can add on collars if you want. There are 3 bedrooms total, 1 is mine and the others are spares. There are 2 full brand new bathrooms so my roommate(s) would have their own and I have a private bath in my room. I cook and clean and share almost everything I have so a roommate similar is preferred. I go out occasionally and am a social drinker, no smoking and no kids. If you live here its your house too so friends/family/guests are fine by me.
