Female preferred. Please feel free to contact me. Looking for responsible roommates including professionals or students. No smoking in the house. Rent may be payed with credit card, debit card, or cash the option is yours. The rent will include gas, water, & electricity. The house is located within a wonderful gated community, which access is restricted especially to those that do not have the gate code. There is walking trails and common lots within the community for people to jog or who want to explore during those few beautiful day we have in Vegas. In regards the the rooms, one room is approx. 13'X11' decent size closet. The second room is approx. 12'X11' with a walk-in closet approx. 5'X5'. The house is a two story house. The washer & dryer are located upstairs. No children and roommates will not be able to bring children to the house this includes visits.
