Just looking for laid back roommate that's 4:20 friendly, preferably one who can pick up after themselves and respect the sanctity of sleep XD. Also, this isn't a party every weekend house, we live in Vegas party somewhere else lol. This was a flip house so everything is nearly brand new. The living room and kitchen are furnished with my furniture but other than that things are kinda bare.
