Please see my photos for contact info. Hello, my name is Kyle. I am a Culinary Arts Management student at UNLV. I am looking for students who are responsible, clean, with a positive attitude to rent rooms in my two story home. The home was built in 1979 and since then has had improvements such as real wood flooring, tile flooring, new kitchen appliances, new paint, etc. The home has a living room as well as an additional entertaining area near the kitchen and dining room making it the perfect place to socialize or watch a movie. There are a total of 3 bedrooms available for rent. They are all located on the second level of the house. Two of the rooms are 10X12 and one is 10X10. There is one large bathroom that is shared between the 3 rooms, as well as one more full bath that is used primarily for myself, guests and the pool. The backyard features an in-ground pool and covered patio. However the pool has been drained for the winter but will be filled before summer. There is lots of street parking available, in addition to one available garage space and one driveway space. Non-Smoking preferred 13 minutes from UNLV.
