The home is in a nice neighborhood. It has a spacious living room and dining room. There is a backyard patio with a small pool. Parking is available. As the whole house will be occupied by renters, you are welcome to use everything (kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.). A bus stop is located within a couple minutes walk, and goes straight to Citrus College and APU.
The rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. If you wish to bring your own furniture instead, that's ok too. Each room has a lockable door. You will be given a key so that you can keep your stuff safe while you are at school/work.
Current roommates are a 19 year old female, a 20 year old female, a 32 year old female, and a 32 year old male.
