Hi Future Roomie! I’m a fun, friendly, easy going, honest, drama-free, respectful, picky, hard working, and slightly OCD roommate. No one is perfect. I believe in the quote, "treat others the way you want to be treated”. I recently bought a house last year across the street from Cerritos College and have a spare room to rent. It's a decent size to fit a full size bed, nightstand, desk, and the closet is okay with shelves. The bathroom will be shared with my other roommate and will also be the public bathroom for when friends are over. I use to use it as a guest room and storage room but money is tight right now so I cannot have that luxury. You will have full house privileges as I don’t expect you to be a hermit. I prefer an Asian female who can become a great friend / sister. Someone who gets along with others, extremely clean but not a like a germaphobe, doesn't hold a grudge, communicates, forgiving, NOT fake, picks up after themselves, trustworthy, responsible, and respectful.
