hi..this is a nice little house,nice neighborhood, close to base and mall..We are smokers but outside only! all set up for smokers lol..anyways..300 includes utilities..200 deposit..get back if all is good when you leave! All you have to do is clean up after yourself and keep you room neat and cleaned...I work nights..the other works both..this house is set up nice for roomies..the kitchen and living and dining room is in the middle of house...a little privacy..i do have a young man renting 1 room and he is easy to live with..if interested let me know...
