Looking for a roommate that's nice, stable, respectful quiet, that doesn't mind living with a smoker. Prefer someone easy going and independent. Building is like a hotel with a food store, gym, tennis courts, hair salon, cleaners, pool, whirlpool, TV room outside next to pool for sports lovers, security and front desk. Building requires paperwork / meeting. Approval process takes 2 weeks.
