I have two bedrooms that I would like to rent out, (single occupancy rooms, you do not need to rent both) The home is close access to freeway, bus service, Starbucks, Peets, Hiking / Walking trails and beautiful downtown Pleasanton. If you were my roommate, you'd be home right now.. Not just a house, it's a home.. Light use of loft office w/ wireless internet (throughout the home) wireless print, fax, copy for the professional who can remote from home now and then. Pool and covered patio w/ ceiling fans for outdoor dining. home is large enough that you can always find somewhere to find privacy, you won't want to lock yourself in your bedroom here. Indoor Laundry w/ ironing My ideal roommate should be financially secure, employed, clean, tidy,with own transportation. Must submit credit history, NO Drug, Violence, or Criminal History.
