There’s plenty of parking on quite street. Backyard has a deck w/hot tub and BBQ grill. Laundry is in garage, you would share common bath room with other roommate. Must be non smoker, no drugs or any other substance abuse problems. Sorry but no pets, looking for someone active and has outside interest,no home body’s, prefer you work days, clean, neat , and financially responsible. Rent is $665.00 mo. to mo. To move in it would be First months rent and 550.00 Dep. Room is unfurnished.
