Rent: $600 per month
1 room available now for rent, 2nd will be available in April. Rooms are upstairs in our home with seperate living/sitting area with tv and bathroom that is shared between the renters. Kitchen and laundry priveledges downstairs. We have 3 dogs that have the roam downstairs also. So must be pet friendly. Current renter is military and will be leaving in April. He has his son here every other weekend. I work shift work so would like someone who is respectful of others sleeping paterns. House is located on Cobb Island, MD which is only a 20 min commute to Dahlgren, VA and La Plata MD. Utilities included. (cable/internet/electric/sewer) $300 security deposit.
