Looking for a Roommate [30 years +] to share a 2-story furnished townhouse in Olney, MD (15 minutes North of Silver Spring and 15 minutes East of Rockville) [no basement but small storage shed out back]. 2-bedrooms, small living room, full bath & 1/2, kitchen, and small dining room. Amenities: Commuter bus and bus line accessible. Montgomery General Hospital 1/2 block away. Outdoor pool, deck, plenty of shopping malls & free parking. NEW built in microwave/electric stove/dishwasher/refrigerator and washer/dryer. Cable/phone/internet ready. Currently the townhouse is carpeted. I have cats and they are litter trained, spayed/neutered and very very clean. No [more] Pets (sorry). No Smoking Allowed. I am a fitness instructor for L.A. Fitness [formerly Bally Total Fitness] and teach 3 nights a week. I am also a very clean, quiet & private person.
