Seeking Responsible Trustworthy Female Roommate

The reason I have decided to look for a roommate is that I would like to focus more time on my degree and not have to worry about getting behind on the bills or risk losing what I have worked so hard for. I am seeking an individual who is mature and lives a similar lifestyle to my own. I do NOT want a roommate that parties, drinks, smokes, or does drugs of any kind in my home. What you do outside the home is your business. I would like a roommate that has steady income, is at least average in cleanliness, especially in shared areas of the home, and that does not have a problem with indoor pets (dogs) that will also share the space. I want a trustworthy individual who is respectful of personal space, and capable of sharing areas of the home fairly. Any other details I would discuss at a personal meeting before deciding if the individual is the right fit.
