I am looking for 2 roommates to share a semi-detached, 3 bedroom house in northeast Philadelphia. The rent is $325 and $375 a month. I have been advised by e-mail, several times, I need to charge more. Obviously the prices are well below average for the Burholme Park community. Good for you. The house is ample size including a laundry area in the basement. The private bedrooms are clean and recently furnished with a bed, full size dresser and mirror and a night stand. Each bedroom has a new air conditioner for your individual temperature control. The house has central air also. There is limited storage space here, primarily in the garage. There is an Acme, Rite Aid, Shop Rite and Wawa within walking distance. The Roosevelt Shopping Mall is about 5 minutes by SEPTA. There are 3 SEPTA bus routes within a block walk. Train service is about half mile away. There is ample on street parking for your car. This is a twin house community. Neighbors are friendly and family oriented. The houses are well kept. I have been here for a while and find it to be safe and pretty quiet. On occasions you might hear children's laughter as they play on their lawns. Occasionally a neighbor may entertain guests on their patio or deck. Cutting to the chase. . .we are just ordinary people going about our lives. I am a single male. My career is in the Information Technology field, weekdays. . . 9-5. I enjoy my job. My life is very exciting outside the house. Yet you might see me writing, reading a tech manual or fast paced novel while relaxing at home. No couples. No pets. Roommate preference: single, adult (21 plus), working and/or higher learning student, non-smoker, responsible, neat, capable of living in a shared house without drama need housing for at least 3 months.
