Rent: $400 per month
I am looking to rent 1, possibly 2 rooms out in my home in Avondale. I work 2nd shift M-F and I am typically home on the weekends. I'm easy going and like to have fun. I don't party much but when I do, it's usually outside the home. I respect others' space and things, and I would expect the same from you. I Have an English Lab that is very loving and well trained. The back yard has a large grass area and a pool. There is some storage space in the garage if needed. I'm flexible on the length of time for rent as long as it's at least 6 months. Rent is $400 plus 1/3 of the electricity, All other utilities are covered.
