HISTORIC INFORMATION: Lake Eron has an 87 year history of beauty and fun. It was built in 1925 and known then as 'Lake Forest Park'. Today, it is a private community of outdoors fun with a desire for privacy and a quiet, remote living environment. They are each set in the upper forested area of Lake Eron. Thus, from the private entrance road the tenant parks nearby their new home. The Overlook, a restored 1960’s RV, is in a gated area overlooking the valley below. Villa Craig is a 1,250 sq. ft. residence with yard and patio and is, also, in the gated community. A wide, well maintained lane for walking/driving to the rentals is provided. The Lake View Cottage is 100' from the parking area. The Lodge is 200’ from its parking area. For all other residences parking is at or near your front door. The public roadway is well maintained as it is a school bus route and is a state maintained road that passes directly in front of Lake Eron. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: All grassy areas are maintained for you. A large garden area is tilled each spring for the use of the tenants of Lake Eron. Lake water is supplied for garden watering. Large fields are mowed and cleaned for practicing your golf swing or a pickup game of football. Catch, release and barb-less hook fishing from the shoreline is available for tenants only. It is a private lake not open to the general public. There is a separate building that houses a bathroom (Hot Shower, sink, toilet) and the laundry center for some of the cottages and cabins. These facilities are included in your rent. The Bath/Laundry center is heated and air-conditioned all for tenant use only.
