I have a room available in my house, its currently my gf and i. We are looking to rent out the spare room to someone who is responsible, clean, easy to get along with, has a job, and is around our age. The house is located of off Red Rock Rd. We have a small very friendly dog. The spare room is good size, has a walk in closet, and private bath down the hall. The room is available now and am asking 350 plus utilities.
