Near busline to Eastman School, U of R, and downtown 8 to 10 minutes (max) drive to St. John Fisher and Nazareth. Off street parking. I'm recently retired, used to drink, no longer do. Smoke, but outside. I have one quiet female cat. Different students (guys) have lived here in the past, from 1 to 3 years. Gay or straight, doesn't matter. It always worked out well. Just come and go as you choose. And, as time allows, share some eats, watch TV, sports, and have some laughs around here.
