I live in ParkMerced, which is very convenient located right next to SFSU. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and there is currently 4 girls living in, however 2 of us are moving out in December so we will need another roommate or two, perferably females between 18 and 25. You would have a large closet, a good size bedroom, a living room, and kitchen. There is a laundry room downstairs, and we have a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. Rent comes out to be about $845/month, including all the utilities (cable, internet, electricity). Please let me know if you are interested!
