Tempe house, large with swimming pool
Rent: $550 per month
1-story house, pretty spacious, fireplace, lots of tile. Female roommate preferred (I've lived with females exclusively and just prefer them). Two rooms available. Usually the large one (with its own bathroom) was used as her room and the smaller as her office. Pool and a jungley back yard. Have a cat who loves people but is frankly kind of a jerk to other cats.
Very close to ASU and downtown Tempe. The street is busy with bicyclists but is actually not really loud.
I make kick ass lasagna as well.
